What is the Current Lead Time for Bookings?

From Monday to Friday, generally we can reach you on the Same Day! If you have sent us an SMS Quote request before 12PM, you have a high probability of a Same Day Onsite Booking.

After 2PM we have become fully committed to our day’s Workload and it becomes a little tricky to take on another job until the following Business Day.

If you have Submitted a request for SMS Quote in the Late Afternoon or Evening, you have a high likelihood of a 11am Onwards booking available for the following Business Day.

Saturday and Sunday SMS Quote requests for Windscreen Replacement and Side + Body Glass can be booked in for Monday onwards Appointments. Unfortunately no un-ordered stock is currently available on Weekends.

Windscreen Repairs can be performed on a Saturday and we will take New Bookings Until 1PM on the Same Day.
